1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the online training programs provided by Harmony Massage Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Course Description
Harmony Massage Limited offers online training courses in massage and facial techniques, including instructional videos and downloadable materials ("Courses"). The details of each course, including content, duration, and access methods, will be provided on our website.
3. Hands-On Courses
For our hands-on training sessions, a booking fee of £200 ("Deposit") is required to secure your spot.
- Non-refundable Booking Fee: The Deposit is non-refundable.
- Confirmation of Course: Hands-on training will only be confirmed 4 weeks before the starting date of the course. If there is an insufficient number of students enrolled, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the training.
- Full Payment: The full course fee must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the course start date. This is the cut-off date when we confirm whether the course will proceed, and all full payments are required by this date.
Cancellations Less Than 4 Weeks from Course Start Date
Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the course start date will result in the total course cost being forfeited, and transfers to other courses will not be offered.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for changes to students' work commitments, illness, or personal circumstances within this period.
Course Postponement Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
We require a minimum of 4 students enrolled to run a course. On rare occasions, due to last-minute cancellations or insufficient numbers, we may need to rearrange your course date.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for changes to students' childcare, work commitments, travel arrangements, or accommodation arrangements and fees when the course is postponed. In such instances, where possible, we will offer you a transfer to either an alternative in-person or online course (if applicable).
4. Registration and Account Creation
To access our Online Courses, you must create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
5. Payment Terms
All prices for Courses are displayed on our website. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
6. Access and License
Upon payment, you will receive immediate access to the Course content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit written consent.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once you have accessed any Course content, your right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund is waived. Refunds will not be offered if you have watched or opened any video or material associated with the Course. If you have not accessed any content, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days for a full refund.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided in our Courses, including but not limited to videos, texts, images, and downloadable materials, are the intellectual property of Harmony Massage Limited and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony Massage Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to or use of our Courses. Your use of our Courses is at your own risk.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising under these Terms, you agree to first contact our customer service team at info@theharmonymassage.com to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If we cannot resolve the dispute, it shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Courses at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access the Course materials will cease immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
Harmony Massage Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through notices on our website. Your continued use of our Courses following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
