Crystal facials have so many benefits, each crystal has its own property and vibration. We use the crystals in various ways throughout the treatment, firstly you are cocooned inside a blanket with specifically chosen crystals laid on and around you working their magic as you drop into a state of peace and calm with a guided breath meditation.

What you will experience during the treatment?

A deep cleanse is followed by exfoliation using warm ceramic Akwaterra pods which eliminate dead skin cells, refine and purify the epidermis and bring the most beautiful glow to your skin.

You will then experience a powerful facial massage using Gua-Sha, crystal mushrooms, vacuum cups and a crystal eye mask to sculpt and contour the face, the crystals are cooled to bring the added benefits associated with ice therapy.

The cold stimulus not only constricts the blood vessels, helping to tighten the pores and wrinkles, but it also stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, decreasing stress hormones, which in turn lowers heart rate, anxiety and stress levels.

This is followed by facial cupping techniques, which stimulate the circulation bringing radiance and a youthful glow.

Hot stones soften and relax the tight muscles of your neck and shoulders to promote an even deeper state of relaxation.

We then use sound to penetrate into the cells and organs of your body focusing on the heart bringing them back into alignment and with that a sense of inner peace and harmony.

On top of all of this, we also stimulate pressure points on your hands and feet to release any blockages and allow energy to flow freely throughout your body.

Crystals

Using smooth flat volcanic stones known as Basalt stones heated to optimum temperature we begin to melt away the tension and knots in the neck and shoulder area, the heat aids comfort and relaxation allowing us to work deeper into the muscles, reducing tension and pain, while inducing a deeper level of relaxation and dreamlike state.

Sound healing

The cells in our body are influenced by sound frequencies, and each organ has an optimum frequency that supports healthy functions, when we are ill/stressed/angry/depressed those frequencies lower and illness/infection begins to take hold. With sound healing we can bring the body back into alignment, positively impacting your moods, internal rhythms, heart rate and brain waves, it can even help with clarity of the mind.

Facial cupping

We use facial cupping for lymphatic drainage, helping to contour and sculpt whilst increasing microcirculation that brings nutrients to the facial cells responsible for collagen production. In turn, this can brighten your skin, minimize the appearance of scars, fine lines and wrinkles, and decrease puffiness
